If a person is willing to believe that Epstein did not kill himself it requires no additional conspiracy juice to believe that he feigns injury, the paramedic crew arrives and whisks his very much alive body away. All that is left is having a complicit medical examiner or the ability to fool the ME's office.

Count me as a person who is very skeptical about whether Epstein committed suicide.
