He killed their second in command, when they responded, all their missiles hit the ground as duds, and landed on concrete, or a shack with shovels in it. Then they shot down 180 of their own people, as 2 earthquakes rattled the mountains right outside a city with a nuclear plant. Now he's saying he see's all, knows all and is telling them what to do.
