This is great, but he should have done this years ago. His state is almost blue now.

We have tried such things, the Federal government and courts would not allow us our due freedoms under the Constitution. Texas is still under 'reconstruction' in many ways, this has been our first opportunity to regain some States' Rights illegally Usurped by the Federal government.
