Note the time frame: The spying was first detected in 2012, and went back to at least June, 2011. Sheryl Atkisson first filed suit in 2014. She re-filed in 2019, after overcoming fraud and deception by the government.

There haven't been any arrests or frog-marching in this case, and probably never will be. But there may be a whopping big award of damages in a couple of years, followed by appeal.

Justice is slow.

When the feds are involved on either side, glacially slow. I hope to heck this article is correct. One thing, she's not quitting.
