It's just a never ending rotation. In goverment, then out and exploit your deep state contacts. Then they leave and you go back in the feed them info, cover for them, etc. Hell, the deep state sure has heck isn't just a few disgruntled holdovers. Seems like it's almost everybody in actual positions of power, on one big merrygoround.
