The A220 is a seriously nice plane. Canadian design purchased by Airbus. Trump's trade policies made it impossible to sell to US airlines without building it here and creating job in Alabama.

Boeing had an opportunity before Airbus to buy the whole C series(renamed the A220) program from Bombardier but said no thanks we have the Max 8 coming out.
