We never will, as much of the "deal" was done in secret (and the dems admit it) with only an "outline" of the deal released. Further, the deal itself was described as "an outline." Remember, Obama never even put it before the Senate for ratification as one would with a normal treaty.

Best thing about POTUS' latest actions is that Europe will have a hell of a time trying to keep the deal together now over there.
