Well he made it clear long ago, long before winning the Nobel Prize for Clueless Economics that he was a special kind of dumb. Take his prediction from over 20 years ago: Krugman predicted in 1998 that by 2005 "the Internet would have little effect on the economy and commerce, with no greater impact than the fax machine".
