As a frequent flyer I can confirm that things got interesting TSA wise, the week after Thanksgiving in some smaller international airports. So interesting in fact that AA typically dicked two handfuls of CONUS destination departures held upless than 5 minutes to the gate before departure, by tsa craziness. Similar stories from gate workers about other times and places with same TSA gnarls.
