There is a new technology called IPFS. It's basically a new internet but once you upload something it stays online forever and is accessible by everyone.

Vue.js is a very popular and easy to use framework for building modern web apps.

I have combined these two technologies so even someone with minimal coding ability can build an app, put it online and it cannot ever be censored or blocked.
