I’m not a tech person so tell me what I’m looking at here.
There is a new technology called IPFS. It's basically a new internet but once you upload something it stays online forever and is accessible by everyone.
Vue.js is a very popular and easy to use framework for building modern web apps.
I have combined these two technologies so even someone with minimal coding ability can build an app, put it online and it cannot ever be censored or blocked.
Hopefully, a tech-to-civilian translator can help explain this project.
