Yeah, sounds like bullshit. Iran will respond. They have too much momentum pushing them towards it to back down now. They will attack, and Trump will ask for a formal declaration of war and will trigger Article 5 of the NATO charter, pulling NATO members in. This would also include Turkey, which has no love lost for Iran and their proxies in Syria, who they have been fighting against. The US's allies in the Gulf will likely also take part. The main goal will be to dismantle Iran's military and regime by air to the extent necessary to allow the Iranian people to overthrow them. There will likely be special forces operations inside Iran and other countries where they operate or have proxies, and probably some amphibious operations to take Iranian islands and coastal defenses in the Gulf, but nothing more than that as a full on invasion would require too many men and too many casualties. Their islands can easily be taken and their ports are mainly isolated from their population centers and surrounded by mountains making them easily defended if need-be, though more likely anything on Iran's mainland would be a temporary raid to destroy military capabilities. Iran will be quickly cut off from their proxies and thus unable to re-supply them, allowing coalition forces to gang up on them and decimate them. Whether that is enough to dislodge them or destroy them entirely, only time will tell. But the point is to weaken them as much as possible while expending as little blood and treasure as possible.
