If he publicly made those claims, then my money is on him getting fired. Those nursing homes report to regulatory boards and don't want to have to explain why they are retaining someone like this.

FYI, AMN Healthcare is a staffing agency. The San Diego office that he is employed at, is a corporate headquarters. It's not a clinical environment with patients.
