They passed laws that empower the president to murder people (even American citizens), kidnap and torture people, spy on the everyone on the planet with no warrants nor probable cause, and inform Congress later (if at all) ... and when the president does it they are "shocked". Oh wait, they are only "shocked" when it is a president from the other party! Go home, Nancy, you're drunk.
