They will import officers from out of state. Just wait. I bet CA cops will be lining up for the job. It'll be safer than patroling SF and LA and they'll get to play tyrant all day long.

Don't worry, the state and/or fed governments will be able to fill those positions.

I think they will hire former special forces type guys from here or overseas. Basically people who just want to kill, and are good at it.

There are plenty of stupid people that have been hired to be police. Look at some of the chiefs they hire.
