it's about unlocking a limitless vault of opposition research on Trump and family and associates -- all the spying and digging done by the Mueller team (Weissman).

They just want to open the floodgates so they can dump anything that looks remotely controversial into the media spotlight from now until election day.

Impeachment is meaningless to them. It's all a ploy for oppo research. CTH lays it out with perfect logic as usual.
