Also the big difference is Trump authorized this as a direct response to the threat posed to our embassy, by a country/influence from outside of the country the embassy was located.

Obama mostly droned-striked people for purposes of propelling whatever political/military agenda he wanted to push at a given time.

Big difference. One is unprompted or unnecessary aggression while one is defensive.
