Iraq is 1/3 Sunni and 2/3 Shiite; I don't know how many of the Shiites are pro-Iran. But the two countries were at war during most of the 80s, so national hatreds may override religious affiliations. There seems to be a general discontent among Iraqis with the current Shiite government, which IS pro-Iran. So there could be a toppling there, too.
Iraqi Shiites share "a memory of discrimination, whether in the form of the mass executions common during the reign of Saddam Hussein or simply in their exclusion from power throughout Iraq’s history."
The tables have turned since the days of Saddam and more recently the downfall of ISIS:
"With Iraq’s government now controlled by Shiites, and the Kurds governing their own autonomous area in the north, the Sunnis are in a political no-man’s land."
Iraqis (Sunnis) are on video celebrating Soleimani's death. They don't like the Shia government, which likely has many Iran sympathizers if not outright supporters. though I can't swear to that.
P.S. As to connections between Iraq's Shia regime and Iran:
"Former vice president Joe Biden reportedly played a decisive role in enabling recently assassinated Iranian terror leader Qassem Soleimani to push the United States out of Iraq and deliver the country into the hands of Iran.
"In 2010, as Iraq faced pivotal elections that decided the country's direction, Soleimani went to great lengths to ensure Iranian-backed politicians won control of the government, according to a comprehensive 2013 New Yorker profile of the terror leader by Dexter Filkins."
Thank YOU! A lot of Iraqis are also celebrating: Pompeo just Tweeted a video https://twitter.com/SecPompeo/status/1212955403077767168.

A lot of pieces in play in Trump's 4D chess game!
It's the other way around. Iraq is majority-Sunni.
"The Muslim population of Iraq is 67.6% Shia and 32.4% Sunni."
