Persian people are super interesting people. They're stylish and smart. Shrewd at business and they're the best looking folks in all the mideast. They all made a lasting impression on me. I'd say in the course of my life about 20 people.
I'm not here trying to praise or defend Iran or Iranians. All I'm saying is the encounters I made with older Persian people is they were very pro-American, smart, good people.
No matter what happens next, I hope the best for the Iranian and Iraqi people. If we could stabilize these regions it could result in a lasting peace. I am not beating the drum for another war. Peace through strength is what I'm praying for. I hope this inspires Iranian people to overthrow their government.
