You have to buy each aircraft module, so look for the reviews online. I'd say the best bang for your buck and fun factor is the F-16, especially with VR. F-15 is all about its radar and harder to master, like the F-14.

Oh and look for a good flight controller and throttle, Wart Hog combos, are some of the most popular. Designed to mimic the A-10 cockpit, but work for any other sim or jet just fine. It has the HOTAS layout and is perfect for VR.
