I aint even mad. All countries are allowed to have weapons. Its what they do with them that matters.

This. I don't understand why everyone is in a tizzy about NK. They have no winning strategy and as far as I know as long as "no nukes" is still the policy, so try to develop whatever else you'd like.

It's not like China can afford to bail NK out from doing something stupid right now.
