There needs to be an exception to the "no doxxing" rule on this site when it comes to criminality.

I can't speak for the moderators, but I'm guessing/hoping they would agree. It seems like most reasonable people would consider this particular example to be one of those exceptions. Ask yourself, "What if this creep was caring for my grandma?"
