Sorry if I touched a nerve, but the only evidence we have is that nothing has happened to anyone on the upper tier whereas plenty has happened to Trump associates. We knew all about the investigations of Manafort, Papadopolous, Flynn, Stone, Gates and Cohen. They shredded through those cases and we knew all about them. The fact we haven’t seen a single piece of info on the progress by Barr and Durham also bolsters Fitton’s doubts. Barr has been on the case long enough, but we haven’t seen a single accusation of a crime on anyone in the upper tier. If you’re cynical because of the facts, you can’t simultaneously create this idea that is super-secret, underground investigation that nobody can know. Barr and Durham are simply the latest actors that are running out the clock. They don’t work for us. I do have a side of mustard and a plate of crow ready to eat if necessary, but nothing suggests I’ll be biting into it. My question for you is this: What date has to pass before you give up hope and realize there will be no high level prosecutions?

Also we have to remember that just because they broke/bent every rule doesn't mean that it can be proven that they committed a crime. The "we where acting on evidence that we thought was good". "We thought that we had to act to protect the country". Sure the guy that falsified the transcripts isn't getting away, maybe they can lean on him to get further up the chain of command.

I love Fitton, but there hasn’t been anything leaked about what Durham is doing. Nobody knows, but if the continued unhinged reactions we are getting from the Democrats is any indication I’m guessing he is investigating plenty of sinister shit they did. They knew Trump was serious about draining the swamp- it’s why they started talking about impeachment before he was ever sworn in.
