Seems like election meddling...
It seems like these are for the primary election in March. I would think that most states wouldn't be bothering with a Republican primary, since I don't think there's any Republican challengers to Trump in most states. The RNC certainly isn't supporting any.
I'm probably wrong though, since Q is calling attention to it.
There are still local elections that will have Republican primaries. Need more info on this than a pic.
This isn't a voter registration card, though. This is a card that allows voters registered to no party to vote in the open primaries of these parties. The Republican Party there has a closed primary, though; you must BE a Republican to have a vote in who they pick as their candidate.
It's almost 2020 and people don't know how their state's Primaries work....
