Right now they are "turtling". Packing the courts with judges, waiting for Ruth Vader Ginsberg to bite the bullet or others to retire / resign.

Not likely to me. The no arrest thing is to insure POTUS & tc. do not scare off middle of the road sort of voters, the Dems who will switch sides, and the timid Trump supporters. My guess, it will all begin after he wins 2020, or if he wins
