The MSM has continuously put out news they know to be fake. The assert things have been corroborated when they have not.
Can we, the citizens, sue them for putting out false information? It is possible they have caused irreparable damage to our republic. They should be, at minimum, required to put up a disclaimer at the beginning of their shows and when they return from commercial that the information they are providing could be incorrect.

No. Obama legalized lying to you through the news by repealing the Smith Mundt act in NDAA 2012 IIRC...it was called the "smith mundt "MODERNIZATION" Act" which should have been called the SM repeal Act
