I was recently suspended from Twitter for 8 tweets in a single conversation, ALL of which Twitter said had violated the 'Hateful Conduct' policy. Now this is not my first suspension from Twitter, I have had MANY and in those suspensions I have learned and adapted to play within the rules, I'm OK with the rules, we all play on the same field, or do we? I'm going to both quote the tweets and share screen shots of the Twitter lock screen informing me of my naughty behavior. Believe it or not, this all transpired over me correcting these individuals and attempting to inform them that yes the House voted for impeachment, but since they have yet to send the articles of impeachment to the Senate he is currently not impeached. For further understanding, when I'm talking about being uneducated, this person decided to tweet at me telling me that although they don't have an education Trump is still impeached, lol hilarious. Although they have since deleted that tweet they later tweeted this confirming my story, it should also be noted that they have also since changed their profile pic to one that makes them look a lot less like a tranny.... https://imgur.com/a/pEVDfmr With all that said, lets get to the tweets that I apparently violated the 'Hatful Conduct' policy.... Tweet 1: "at no point did I call you dumb, yes I talked about you stating your lack of education, but now you are just straight lying. "Oh!!!!! you talked some shit out of your ass, didn't you?" "the house voted to impeach yes, but until the house sends the articles of impeachment to the senate there is no impeachment. When my account was suspended for all of these tweet, I was very understandably baffled and really intrigued as to what the "Hateful Conduct" was defined at over at Twitter. Luckily I didn't have to search for it as they told me out right in the email they sent explaining to me my suspension. It defined as followed.... "You may not promote violence against, threaten, or harass other people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or serious disease. " https://imgur.com/a/aikmSSH Now I'm not entirely sure how any of my tweets are in violation of this policy, by having a conversation with people about the President of the United States not actually being formally impeached, it was an active conversation with all parties voluntarily participating, so naturally I appealed this suspension. I thought surely I was reported by a triggered snowflake for all these tweets and Twitter just got all the reporting and suspended me out of protocol. I can understand that, Twitter is a maddening place with millions all running amok. So imagine my surprise when I received the email with the results of my appeal..... https://imgur.com/a/L6P5Mjj Wait, what? So, you're telling me that the most vulgar and profane tweet out of the bunch was perfectly fine, but me saying "false, I said you sound dumb, not that you 'are dumb'." violates the 'Hateful Conduct' policy as defined by the company? None of this makes any sense. So naturally I filed a second appeal stating... "I would like a better understanding of why those tweets still violate the "hateful conduct" policy? The description given to that policy does not describe any of the tweets you still deem offensive. Like the one in which I say "false, I said you sound dumb, not that you 'are dumb'. That tweet is in no way "promoting violence against, threatening, or harassing other people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or serious disease", In fact none of my tweets are. Just because my tweets are not sensitive towards others feelings does not mean that you can label and classify them as promoting violence to any particular group or protected class. That was 2 days ago, take a wild guess who I haven't heard back from. This is a deeply concerning issue, because they are basically just categorizing behavior with no actual logical or explainable reason doing so. I won't delete the tweets for violating the 'Hateful Conduct' policy because my tweets didn't violate it and after you reviewing and explaining to me what your hateful conduct policy entails it is obvious that you have suspended me for having actual balls and confronting uneducated, freedom hating communist!!!! If you cant look in the mirror, you can't make other people conform to not looking at reality either. I'm still going to confront people with facts on Twitter, if its not though Phil Johnson, it will be with another account that will take me 30 seconds to create, But what happened here I thought others might be interested in seeing why exactly Twitter is silencing some of us.
