The plan was obvious from the beginning. They wanted impeachment before Christmas because they wanted people to go to family parties and talk about Trump being impeached instead of how great the economy is doing.

Then she will use impeachment as an election issue. She'll say we need to take over the Senate if we want Trump removed. She's basically using this to get control of the Senate.
