It says SOLD. So who gave him the home for ownership? A gift? From who?
One of the responses to that tweet: The $2,500,000 house's monthly rent is about $3,000 -- not $14,000. The Biden's son was able to purchase $2,500,000 house for pennies because it's a hidden bribe. No other explanation for such phenomenal bargain. That's how corrupt people transfer money to each other.
Where exactly in Los Angeles county can anyone rent a single family home for less than $3,000? Not many places, even in the ghettos. Whoever had this thought doesn't know anything about what rent looks like in Los Angeles, especially the Hollywood Hills. $14K may actually be reasonable rent for a fancy $2.5MM home in a gated community like he's living in.
How Biden is paying for this with his crack cocaine addiction is still a big question though...

Hey folks, this is prime Hollywood Hills. This house rented June 2019 for $12,000 per month. Not outrageous.
It is difficult to find a 3BR home in a decent area of Los Angeles for less than $4,000 per month.
