Illegal immigrants are only supposedly 3 of those seats. Voter ID laws should be 100% mandatory in any democracy, but this might need a systemic change like maybe a cap on representatives for CA & NY. It would require a supermajority in the house and senate.

No kidding. Many are conservatives that are leaving but the independents are staying and are fedup with the Dem shananigans. Also crime is rampant.
Voter ID means nothing if the voter registration list is bogus.
