The congressional seats should be distributed by legal voters only. All voter rolls should be audited by the federal government and new voters should only be added after screening before any state is allowed to vote in federal elections.

I think any Americans that disagree with this should send their own census in BLANK. If everyone does it, they’ll be forced to change something
