Well, they can't actually be impeached, but can be expelled from Congress by a 2/3 vote of the House. Actually easier than impeachment, because no Senate involvement at all needed, as I recall. (Same rule applies for Senators, BTW--they can be kicked out of the Senate if 2/3 of Senators agree). You're right, though, she needs to go, like 30 years ago.
