How dare you!

Human beings already have the ultimate answer to climate change. It is called "feet."

Climate change is s-l-o-o-ow. Humans are fast. They can migrate out of the way. There are immense, immensely cold lands that, if the climate were to get significantly warmer, could become prime farmland. Canada, Alaska, Greenland, Iceland, Siberia, if they warmed, would be far more fertile.

And this would happen on a timeline where people could move to these areas by choice, over a period of generations, just as the pueblo people abandoned their homes when the Southwest US became a desert.

Of course, if it got warmer, we might see more rain in the desert Southwest of the United States. Just saying.
