Just the worthless garbage humans in Fairfax and Richmond. Rest of state is red.
But that's the problem. Rural Virginians get no representation in state general elections. It's the urban population centers that outvote everybody else every time.
Don't forget Arlington, Alexandria, Loudoun and now Prince William. All densely populated liberal strongholds
