It's ok, the democrats are on track to pass an amendment to the US constitution in January 2020 called the Equal Rights Amendment.

It will soon be illegal to not cater to the whims of every gender identity the left can dream up.

That's the legal loophole my friend. It's already been signed by the house and senate, in 1972. The act of of the 1972 senate and congress should be dead by now, but the Obama appointed National Archivist refuses to follow the law and intends to certify the amendment to the US constitution as soon as Virginia passes the final required vote in January 2020.

They've already done that in the form of a bill. It's called the Equality Act, and not only does it do all that, it's the American version of Bill C-16 in Canada; effectively criminalizing criticism of LBTGQ, or whatever the hell the acronym is this month.

It is abjectly depressing that there would ever be the need for such a law.

Assuming the following is true: "The Equal Rights Amendment would enshrine in the Constitution that “equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or any state on account of sex.”

I'm pessimistic enough to believe an ERA will eventually pass and I'd rather this one be passed rather than some other version stuffed with twisted wording and exceptions for this or that or the other.

The language is clear enough that it would be an additional way for men to undue the discrimination directed against them and clean up sexist policies from government.

What?!? We need to stifle this outbreak of common sense before it spreads!

Quick, get a drag queen to read us a book on why this is transphobic!

This should be called the "Common Sense in Sports Act". If we could post images, I would try to be the first to post a picture of that big Australian tranny (Hannah Mouncey) pummeling the little hijabi handball players.

Every day I wake up and thank the good Lord that I’m a woman. And not a liberal. Maybe not in that order. Doesn’t matter. I’m grateful to be me. And to be an American.

good

a man cant be a woman anymore then he can a unicorn

Un-fucking-believable that this is where we are.

This is the kind of bill that Democrats will pretend to be upset about but most of them will quietly be grateful someone is stepping up to put an end to this nonsense.

Thinking of moving to TN.

1
OhLollyLollyPop 1 point ago

Be careful where you move. Parts if Tennessee (especially Nashville and Memphis) are blue... big time.

baconandolives 1 point ago (edited)

I love it. Like the other commenter says Nashville and Memphis are blue but it is only mildly annoying to me. God, it's great to be able to give my approximate location, unlike that other site.

The fact is the left and right need a divorce, we will never concede to their delusions and they will never concede to our normalcy. We need to part ways peacefully or there will be war at some point in time.

2
Chick-Fil-A 2 points ago

Wait... they can’t do that. It’s trans-phobic!

It's gotten so bad with this tranny crap that even feminists have been assaulted and threatened by trannies. Several Trans Exclusionary Radical Feminists (TERF's) have had to hire bodyguards and even have them on stage with them when speaking.

I really like what one TERF had to say. Her problem with trannies was that it cheapened and demeaned what it meant to be a woman. Womanhood was reduced to declaring oneself a woman, having long hair, and wearing makeup and heels. I never liked what a lot of the feminists stood for, but I still don't like to see any woman being threatened or assaulted either.

It's ridiculous that this is even a matter of debate. It's pretty basic, common sense stuff that should just be obvious to everyone. Not requiring beauticians to wax "female balls" would be a good idea s well.

Yes.

Texas had to do this, too.

Can they call it Title XX?

1

What a crazy timeline that this is even a thing.

1
bagzilla 1 point ago

It’s amazing watching the heads of nearly every TERF ( trans-exclusionary radical feminist) explode. I am in a group of “gender critical” women. They are essentially all leftists with this exception. They keep voting for the very evil they are fighting against.

Bad decision. Totally stops people from red pilling themselves. Should have let the desegregation commence.
