Amy Klobuchar represents (as a representative in Senate, not in policy) most of my family. But to watch CNN grill her and talk shit about “fly over country” was gross. And absolutely validates that east coast shills on CNN absolutely hate us in the Midwest.

I routinely put down Minnesota's politics when I talk to my family there. Whether it's about being the only state that went for Mondale in Reagan's '84 landslide, or Jesse Ventura, or Al Franken, or Keith Ellison, or Ilhan Omar. Lately, it's been about the Minneapolis mayor and the U of M students who dressed up as Antifa and attacked several Trump rally goers, stole their hats, and had a hat barbecue. Still waiting to hear from them about any arrests from that, but not holding my breath. They usually fall back on their passive-aggressive defense mechanism of Minnesota Nice instead of accepting the dumb political things they've done.

Nothing directed at you, just a story about my family there.
