POTUS said in April he would take impeachment to the Suprement Court. THERE ARE NO CRIMES ALLEGED IN THE IMPEACHMENT! So, it is unconstitutioinal.

Impeachment is a non-justiciable political question. SCOTUS won't even hear the issue.
