THIS SEEMS TO BE BULLSHIT

I saw photos of Nancy with a small, round band-aid on her nose, not sure if that was photo-shopped or not, however moments ago at the House Impeachment Vote press conference, Nancy's nose looked normal.

Here's the video footage of today's press conference - towards the end of the stream.

Are you saying the image from the Vox Story has been doctored? I'm sure I could find more photos and/or video if I cared enough..

.. and, I would imagine Nancy Pelosi has a fantastic dermatologist and great make-up people.

Yes, the photo seems to be doctored, given it was "taken" yesterday and Pelosi's nose looks fine in today's hearings live video footage.
