The only thing close is the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) that is being heard in the Supreme Court.
In the CFPB, a director can be removed by the president for inefficiency, neglect of duty, or malfeasance.
Not so with the SES. The President can't touch it. It too, will have to head to the Supreme Court and I believe Trump knows the court isn't strong enough yet.
So an executive order can eliminate the ses can’t it?
