I would bet the indictments are coming after Joe Biden folds his candidacy but they're certainly building a case. I think Biden ran for office only because he knew this was all coming out. What better protection than to become a candidate? But that can't last forever. Charge them.

Rudy can deliver the data to the DOJ, I suppose. The Ukrainian embassy was not providing Visas, from what I recall, for the witnesses.

Must be approached delicately, with the propensity for Dem freak out, as Biden is a candidate. That status will end by early November 2020, at the latest.
