To be fair, just because one is registered to vote in a location and dead doesn't automatically mean voter fraud. Some locations once you are registered you are on the rolls until you reregister in a different location. This is why voter roll audits are needed on a regular basis. But in this case, I am more likely to believe at least some fraud.
