People who rent in San Fran are also leaving in droves and they’re all coming to Colorado. We have become mini-Cali in a very short period of time. The good people of this state have been run off by overly inflated rent prices because of it. What were once inexpensive, surrounding towns in the metro area have become financially out of reach for the little guy as the original Coloradans are forced to cheaper housing. I expect very soon there will be nowhere for people to flee to avoid the mass exodus of socialist minded Californians that voted for the policies they are now trying to avoid.
Californians can be locusts in that way. I am one, I know. When I visit out-of-state relatives, I can always identify fellow Californians: loud, arrogant, proudly identifying as "not from around here", and talking about how "this place would be so much better" if it did this or that.
My advice is tell them to go back to their shithole.
AND what is happening is out of the country oil money rich people are buying in CA and running out the CA Americans.. it really sucks. We should have NEVER let foreigners own our land.
