I know Lindsay is controversial, and I share those concerns. But no one could have presented the case against the FBI better than he did. He made the bias clear, the way the FISA court was defrauded and how horrible this is for our republic.

He did it with passion, a mix of anger, sadness, and derision.

Well done, Lindsay.

And when Feinstein starting her opening remarks (which I couldn't stomach to watch thru the end), she tried to make the case that the investigation was lawful. Graham had already demolished that defense. He repeated many times that starting the investigation was allowed under FBI rules. Feinstein, IMO, looked like an idiot.

Graham is all talk.

Graham is eyeballs deep in the Ukraine foreign aid money laundering scheme, along with Mcain, Romney, Biden and Pelosi. That’s why he doesn’t want a senate trial where he could possibly be exposed. If Trump keeps insisting on it, you can expect a bunch more than just him voting to remove.

Cite? Anything? Because without a cite, this is slander per se.

Let’s hope Graham is on the right side of history !

Graham sided with the deep state that Russia and not Ukraine hacked the elections.

That is not from siding with the Deep State, that's from reading the Mueller Report. The Mueller team said they explored those other theories, and found no support for them.

Lawyers can make profound statements, they are actors really. That was an act.
