some doctors are recommending now not to use grain free food. i kinda doubt the science myself. dogs can easily survive on only meat. The foods of concern according to the FDA:
The foods of concern are those containing legumes such as peas or lentils, other legume seeds, or potatoes listed as primary ingredients
I too don't trust science as a religion like our friends on the communist left. This started with just a limp from injuring her leg. next thing I knew it was swollen from her foot all the way to her hip. We brought her to the emergency vet and then the vet told us her heart was bad. He was not surprised when we told him we fed her grain-free food. By then it was too late. All they could do was charge us thousands of dollars to keep her at the pet hospital sedated on oxygen. This was so sudden. up until about a month ago, she was full of energy. But I don't know the vet could of been lying or misinformed.
