Raise your hand if you know you cannot rely on the FBI, because they support the DNC and NOT you and me.

From what I understand, no one is required to give the authorities their SSN.

Serial number for POWs is so that they can be properly listed in the records of both sides of the conflict and verify eligibility to receive Red Cross and other care packages.

Otherwise any civilian in a conflict could claim military affiliation.
