Problem is they are relocating the leftists along with them. The newly arrived transplants will indeed enjoy their lower rent or housing costs, along with cost of living in general. And then promptly vote for the same socialists programs that turned their "golden state" into clown world, both financially and socially. Then one day texas turns blue. And that is that.
