This is a tolerated drug culture where they want the right- not to work, needles are free, and sharp boxes are everywhere, but used discarded needles on the ground are the second most common thing found around these encampments- second only to poop. They are a drug- controlled impoverished class that Democrats created. We don't want humans to die in the conditions an extreme drug- induced poverty-class creates.
