Black Rifle Coffee @blckriflecoffee Can someone get us the name and location of the precinct of the officer that had PIG written on his Thanksgiving order for coffee so we can hook them up. They won’t be needing to go anywhere for coffee for a while. #brcc #thinblueline #backtheblue

Hell yeah!

I know the mods have said the site is financially covered and doesn't need donations or ads but I would NOT mind seeing BRCC ads.

Maybe we could have a shop section or storefront for made in USA products and based companies like BRCC

Consider it done already! Because of this post I placed my first BRC order with their Blackfriday30 discount! Thank you OP!

If you think Black Rifle Coffee beans are "burnt" (over-roasted), then you're drinking water.

Tastes like an ashtray vs. coffee. Depends on what you like, I guess. Enjoy upvoting their ad and welcome back to Reddit. Now let's all enjoy a cup of corporate shilling.

and?

did they ever present themselves as a charity?

company grows, they hire more veterans, more veterans helped... really, by little else than being in an environment with other veterans.

Are you really going to accuse all of them of being scam artists too?

I read your rant below. I appreciate a good full tard rant. I've done more than a few myself. But do you think maybe you can go over your complaints in bullet point?

and I gotta ask, are you a socialist?

it's like dealing with youtubers or say most of the talking heads that were dragged kicking and screaming into the spotlight by DJT but now many of them are entitled fucktwats. Or we could look at the mass TDS of celebs yet not to keen to burn those vids just because of that, truth is most of them were idiots long before POTUS DJT came along.

Can you name one for profit veteran company that doesn't shill? maybe if I know to what standard you're holding them I could better understand your argument.

I think I stated my complaint.

No I am not a socialist. They're entitled to make a profit all they want. Are you a socialist saying where I can and can't spend my money and what brands I must love, comrade?

I was under the impression that they did more for veterans than they did, so when they didn't, I no longer supported them. An analogy would be Chick-Fil-A and the recent flap with the Salvation Army, etc.

I guess I was holding them to an unrealistic standard based on their advertising. I didn't see the balance between their "we support veterans" rhetoric and their results, especially in the case of showing off several hundred thousand dollar vehicle builds and whatnot. And I thought their coffee was overrated.

Lesson learned for me. I'm not such an advertising guppy and I support researched non-profits. Now are mods going to keep giving free advertising for "good" companies on the front page of TheDonald.net like they did on Reddit (on the sly, with other ad purchases.). We'll see. Or are we shills enough to pollute our area with them ourselves?

What if this whole thread was started by a Black Rifle employee? Would you be so jazzed to defend them? It's quite possible, you know.

In full disclosure, I don't work for any coffee company. I just tossed in my $0.02 and got flamed for it. God Bless Black Rifle, I guess. I'm saluting!!

I like Gun Barrel Coffee that is veteran owned and they say right on the package that $1 from each item purchased goes to veteran and first responder organizations. The beans come whole so you have to grind them but that ensures fresheness.

I prefer a more Moroccan roast to the balls-to-the-wall Nigerian roast, myself.

"They're not giving 100% of all net profit to charity fuck those fucking con artists"

They're marketing artists that make money off veterans and bad coffee. But I see that's an unpopular opinion around here, so enjoy their free advertising. Be sure and post a link to the front page whenever they do one of their cutesy videos.

I give you my upvote. I did not know this. Now I will research.

Thank you. I'm sorry to be so down on them, but they did a Reddit AMA and really blew it. I was a two-pound-a-month coffee "subscriber" and cancelled it after that. After trying some other coffees, I realized, their's wasn't the be-all, end-all of coffees.

The Prius thing really annoyed me. They did a video where they bought an old Prius and mounted an A-10 Warthog Gatling gun on it. "Really cool!" I thought. But I also thought, "Is that really a responsible thing to do? How many veterans did that help, or did that just help you make a video?" I just felt that they were being irresponsible with their money and success while the quality of their coffee was average. I didn't mind that so much as long as the proceeds were going to veterans and it was kind of a cool, feel-good thing. But, I felt duped by a bunch of slick-talking ex-vets, if that's even who was running the company.

So, that's my opinion. If you like their coffee, buy it. If you like kIcK-AsS bLoW-sHiT-uP videos and testosterone, they've supposedly got that. If you think your money goes to support veterans, some of it probably does. I'd rather buy coffee around here and support the local VFW or American Legion after getting to know these guys.

Thanks for explaining. One of the reasons I was banned from td early on was for just the reason you're talking about. I would ask why were signing another trillion dollar spending bill, why deportations are slowing down not speeding up (credence given to the difficulty of doing anything with the liberal establishment of course) etc etc. I was banned for being a concern troll, so I'm glad that sort of stuff isn't happening here. I was genuinely frustrated about it because I'm a one issue voter and that issue is immigration and was looking for conversation about the issue, but nope, just banned.

Anyway I can see your point. Initially I thought you had meant that the owners were just marketing guys using the veteran community to promote themselves but thanks for explaining. My guess with the video you're talking about is that they draw more new customers from YouTube than probably anywhere else, which means more dollars which means that percent of revenue donated to causes is higher actual dollars, and that is probably weighed when they decide if they're going to do a expensive YouTube video or donate the money that otherwise goes to production costs. I certainly understand your sentiment though, ideally all money going to our vets would be given straight hand to hand, but I do understand the funneling that takes place if it is beneficial in the end. Thanks so much for explaining it to me though.

God bless brother

Edit: full disclosure, I'm not a coffee drinker and have never given a cent to black rifle. But I have watched them come on the scene and blow up enormously fast. I've also seen the same thing with vets making bourbon etc
