They are putting up these white little pods on the street, they're basically just little trap houses and the city here put 13 million towards these homes with drug treatment centers in them. Came back they need 30 million now. They still don't have anything to show for the 1billion they stole from tax payers for the last round of homes they wanted to build here in California. Ill end my rant.

They are homeless now. Are they gonna pay for electricity, water, gas, sewer, garbage? No. Who’s going to foot that bill?
