In April, the US Attorney said he would not allow the budget of $1.5 million to be used to make a mobile safe injection site, stating that its a “bridge too far” Seattle is trying to circumvent that by proposing “mobile restrooms” that are staffed and one of the functions is for needle exchanges. What a joke of a city! San Francisco 2.0
